Google Workspace Add-On – Admin Permissions & Data Usage

Amanda Services operates as an internal administrative automation system built on Google Workspace.

This Google Workspace Add-On is used only by authorized administrators to manage rental applications, leasing, inspections, and maintenance operations.

Tenants, landlords, and technicians do not install or connect this add-on to their Google accounts. They only interact through secure web application pages and Google Forms.

Google Sheets (Admin Spreadsheet Access)

Used to:

Store rental application records
Track approval and verification status
Manage move-in and move-out inspections
Store inspection damage calculations
Track maintenance requests and job status

Access is limited to the active admin spreadsheet selected by the administrator.

Google Drive (Documents & Files)

Used to:

Store generated lease agreements
Save inspection checklists
Store uploaded maintenance photos and documents
Store tenant verification documents

Only files related to property workflows are created or used by the system

Gmail (Email Notifications)

Used to send operational notifications including:

Application submission alerts
Pre-approval confirmations
Document verification requests
Appointment scheduling messages
Lease agreement delivery
Inspection reports
Maintenance job notifications

The system does not read inbox messages and does not send marketing emails.

Google Calendar (If Enabled)

Used to create and manage:

Property visit appointments
Move-in appointments
Move-out inspections

Only events generated through the Amanda Services workflow are controlled.

External Secure Services

Secure HTTPS connections are used to:

Synchronize application data between Google Sheets and secure web application interfaces
Enable document verification, inspection workflows, and technician updates
Process system notifications and workflow automation

No advertising or analytics data sharing occurs.
